Purpose of Travel - For tourism: Detailed travel itinerary in Canada, including places to visit, dates of stay, and planned activities.
- For business: Invitation letter from the Canadian host company or organization, detailing the purpose of the visit, duration of stay, and contacts.
Travel Health Insurance - Travel medical insurance covering medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation.
Additional Documents:Character Requirements - Police clearance certificate or a statement from the relevant authority in your country (if applicable).
Proof of Ties to Home Country - Documents showing employment, business ownership, or studies that indicate your intention to return to your home country after your visit to Canada.
Biometrics - Depending on your nationality and where you are applying from, you may need to provide biometric information (fingerprints and photograph) at the Visa Application Centre (VAC).
Letter of Invitation - An invitation letter from the Canadian host company or organization. The letter should include:
- Details of the applicant's job position, purpose of the visit, and intended duration of stay.
- Guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant's stay in Canada.
Business Documents - Copies of business registration documents of the applicant's company.
